Hourly Consultations/ Design Advice

Hourly Consultations is the BEST bang for your buck if you are wanting to do the sourcing, procurement, and any potential design drawings yourself. This consultation can be about ANY part of the design process you need help with. From exploring your style to asking "does this go together?",we are here to help with ALL those questions. This can be done in person or via zoom, with a bit more preparation. The more prepared you are, the more value you get out of your hour! If you book this service, we will send you a cheat sheet on how to prepare for your meeting!

Full House Design

A full house design project can be for an AirBnB property or your own home. This is where we get to really dive in and look into how you live your daily life and then create a space that executes impactful ideas that will bring joy and productivity to your life in ways that you haven't even thought of yet.

Developer Flip

The developer flip is for consultations on fixtures and finishes as well as making design drawings to relay to the contractor. This can range from hourly consultations about products you select or I can do the design template for a batch of development projects!

Room by Room Design

Room by Room design is for the budgeted client who is ready to start making upgrades to their home, but can't do it all at once. We go through the same design process, but we can break your home into phases!

Color Consultation/Room Refresh

Color consultations are to find the perfect color to express yourself and welcome guests into your home. Refreshing your space by learning to layer textures and revamping your accessories will go a long way. This is where you are keeping almost all of your major pieces in the room and looking to "refresh" the space with new life, color, and textures!

We have been friends with Brock for many years, so when we bought a property with the intention to flip it he was our first choice in getting this done. While we had a good idea of what we wanted to do with our space we lacked the skills to ensure everything we wanted would fit or that it would flow and work out in real life.
