I was tapped into this quick flip project at the very beginning, before they even put an offer down. They were going to convert this garden unit 1 bed, 2 bath into a 2 bed,2 bath condo. ​They wanted me to come in to do a layout to prove this was a feasible plan. They ended up purchasing the condo, used my drawings to show the contractor the scope of work, and were confident the project would be a success. The finished project was listed with the rendered photos and sold within a week at asking price.
