This condo was a new build project where the clients came in unsure of the direction they wanted to go. Through a couple of iterations a we landed on a modern luxury look, but with a warm touch. Above all, the view was going to be the backdrop for everything, so keeping that sight light was paramount. This was accomplished by keeping the furniture low, and all the line clean, to minimize distractions. The warmth was brought in by utilizing top end finishes with rich tones. Every piece was carefully chosen for the space to maximize the way they planned on living, to ensure they get the most out of every room.
